Ruggero Tita / Catreina Banti ITA, the dominant throughout the season, won the title 13 points ahead of Gemma Jones / Jasin Saunders NZL. Fernando Echevarri and Tara Pacheco ESP follow in third place. Lin Cenholt / Christian Lübeck DEN,the third best Europeans overall, got the EM bronze medal. Light winds prevailed on the 5th day of the Nacra -17 European Championship in Poland. Two further races were completed yesterday. As the daily best with the rankings 1 and 2 Fernando Echevarri and Tara Pacheco ESP advanced to third place overall. Ahead of today’s final races, their gap to the still leading Ruggero Tita / Caterina Banti ITA is 4 points. Gemma Jones / Jason Saunders NZL continue in second place with 3 points behind.
