Optimist - Opti Orange - Valencia ESP - Final results, NorAms on 16th, 26th and 32nd among the 303 participants

The Opti Orange in Valencia ESP was concluded yesterday with three more Final races.
Winning two heats, Martin Atilla LAT mastered the Spanish armada lead by the World Champion (and best-ranked girl) Maria Perello ESP. Nicola Sadler ESP finished 3rd. Matheo Capasso CAY on 16th, Christian Ebbin BER on 26th and Alexandro Riquelme MEX on 32nd are the best-ranked Western Hemisphere participants.

Optimist -Opti Orange - Valencia ESP - Day 2, the three NorAms qualified for Goldfleet

 Optimist -Opti Orange - Valencia ESP - Day 2, the three NorAms qualified for Goldfleet The initial 8kn wind increased to 15kn during the last three qualification races yesterday at the Opti Orange in Valencia ESP. Today, racing continues with the fleet split in Gold-, Silver, Bronze and Emeraldfleets.
Jaime Ayarza ESP defended his first place but the first challengers Antonio Loepez ESP and Javier Ojeda ESP tied on 2nd and 3rd are only one point behind. Martin Atilla LAT advanced on the 4th place. Maria Perello ESP, the best girl, is now on 5th. Christian Ebbin BER on 19th, Matheo Capasso CAY on 22nd and Alexandro Riquelme MEX on 54th are the best of the Western Hemisphere and all qualified for the Goldfleet.

Optimist - Opti Orange - Valencia ESP - Day 1 with participants from CAY and BER

 Optimist - Opti Orange - Valencia ESP - Day 1 with participants from CAY and BER The Optimist Orange Regatta in Valencia ESP began yesterday in light winds between 6 and 9kn, and the fleet, split in four groups, completed 3 races, dominated by the Spanish sailors. Jaime Ayarza ESP won all three heats and takes rank 1 ahead of Antonio Lopez ESP. The only non-Spanish in the top-ten is Martin Atilla LAT on rank 5. The Optimist World Champion Maria Perello ESP, best girl, is on the 9th place. Matheo Capasso CAY on 22nd, Christian Ebbin BER on 28th and Alexandro Riquelme MEX on 76th are the best of the Western Hemisphere among the 303 participants.
