RS:X-Windsurfer - European & European Youth Championship - El Arenal ESP - Final results, Dutch Champions in Women and Men

 RS:X-Windsurfer - European & European Youth Championship - El Arenal ESP - Final results, Dutch Champions in Women and Men The European Championship of the Olympic RS:X Windsurfer Class was concluded yesterday with the Medal Races of the ten best and the sail-offs for the rest of the fleets. --- Kieran Badloe NED finished the crucial heat of the RS:X men on rank 2 and defended his first place against the race winner, his team mate, the Olympic Champion Dorian Van Rijsselberge NED. Pedro Pascual USA terminates the Championship on rank 49, Ignacio Berenguer MEX on 88th. --- Dutch victory in the RS:X women as well, where Lilian De Geus NED, winner of the Medal Race, moved up on top ahead of Yunxiu Lu CHN and Emma Wilson GBR. Charline Picon FRA dropped out of the Medals on rank 4. Farrah Hall USA remains on 50th, Cristina Ortiz Vivas MEX is 64th and Mariana Aguiilar MEX 66th. --- Fabien Pianazza FRA won the title in the Boys just one point ahead of Nicolo Renna ITA. Alexander Temko USA is 67th. In the Girls, the ranks one and two went to Israel with Naama Gazit ISR 1st and Linoy Geva ISR 2nd. Heloise Macquaert FRA grasped Bronze. --- All ranking lists, the event website and the RS:X facebook page.

 RS:X-Windsurfer - European & European Youth Championship 2019 - El Arenal ESP - Day 3, NorAms remain on mid-fleet ranks Louis Giard FRA defended his lead in the RS:X men windsurfers 7 points ahead of Kiran Badloe NED. The Olympic Champion Dorian Van Rijsselberge NED is on the 3rd place. Pedro Pascual USA is on 51st, Ignacio Berenguer MEX on 87th. --- In the RS:X women, Charline Picon FRA had a mediocre day and dropped on rank 3. Yunxiu Lu CHN is the new leader with a 5 point lead on Maia Dziarnowska POL. Farrah Hall USA is 50th, Mariana Aguilar MEX 63rd and Cristina Oritz Vivas MEX 66th. --- In the Youth boys' fleet, Fabien Pianazza FRA is still on first, but his advanted on Nicola Tenna ITA, winner of all heats yesterday, melted on one point. Vardimon Tomer ISR follows on rank 3. Alexanader Temko USA is 62nd. The new leader in the girls is Naama Gazit ISR just one point ahead of the trio Natasa Lappa CYP, Linoi Geva ISR and Héloise Macquaert FRA. --- Three races were completed split in Gold- and Silverfleets in a good seabreeze of 12 to 15kn having filled in after some delays in the morning.

RS:X-Windsurfer - European & European Youth Championship 2019 - El Arenal ESP - Day 2, NorAms down in the fleets

Louis Giard FRA is the new leader in the RS:X men windsurfers 5 points ahead of Pierre Le Coq FRA. Kiran Badloe NED is on 3rd. Pedro Pascual USA on 50th is qualified for the Goldfleet, Ignacio Berenguer MEX on 74th continues the Championship in the Silverfleet. --- In the Women's, the Olympic Champion Charline Picon FRA moved on top ahead of Drihan ISR and Yue Tan CHN on the ranks 2 and 3. Farrah Hall USA is 63rd. ---
In the RS:X Youth, the Israeli keep on dominating. In the Boys, Vardimon Tomer ISR is in front of a quartet with Quartett Liam Segev ISR, Yun Pouliquen FRA, Fabien Pianazza FRA and Roi Hillel ISR at equal points. Alexander Temko USA is 62nd. --- In Girls, Natasa Lappa CYP is now first followed by Maya Nadler ISR and Naama Gazit ISR. --- Light winds prevailed keeping the fleets waiting on the water during long periods. Nevertheless, men and women fleets could complete 2, youth fleets 3 races. --- All ranking lists and the daily news.

RS:X-Windsurfer - European & European Youth Championship 2019 - El Arenal ESP - Day 1, slow start of the NorAm participants

Daniele Benedetti ITA has taken the lead at the RS:X Men Windsurfer European Championship winning two of the three races of his group. Luca di Tomassi ITA follows on rank 2, Clément Bourgeois FRA is 3rd. The North Americans had a bad first day with Ignacio Berenguer MEX on 60th and Pedro Pascual Suitt USA on 64th among the 101 participants. --- In the RS:X Women, Yunxiu Lu CHN is on top ahead of Charline Picon FRA and Maia Dziarnowska POL. Farrah Hall USA is 54th among the 75 participants. --- In the Youth categories, the Israeli are on the first positions. Vardimon Tomer ISR leads in the Boys with 3 bullets ahead of Liam Segev ISR and Fabien Pianazza FRA. Alexalnder Temko USA is 55 among the 110 participants. --- In the Girls, Naama Gazit ISR and Heloise Macquaert FRA share the lead. Natasa Lappa CYP follows one points behind on 3rd. --- The winds were unconstant and difficult to read during the three races by class held on Palma Bay. --- All ranking lists and the daily news.
