Against all odds, the winner of the Mini Transat leg one in Las Palmas/Canary Islands ESP this morning 4.30 hrs UTC was Axel Trehin FRA on his Protos overtaking the previous clear leader François Jambou FRA in the very last moment and crossing the finish line with a 6 minute margin. On rank 3 followed Tanguy Bouroullec FRA 30 min behind.
