 Olympic + International Classes  Sail Melbourne  Melbourne AUS  Day 2, top10 interim rankings for Ramshaw CAN (4th Finn) and Buckingham USA  (8th Laser)
After the windy opening day with a reduced program at Sail Melbourne, racing has already been completed this Saturday morning UTC. ----- In the Finns, Jack Lilley AUS kept a clear lead. After a race win, Nils Theuninck SUI moved up on rank 2 at equal points with Anders Pedersen NOR and Tom Ramshaw CAN. ----- The Kite-Foilers completed 6 races with Scott Whithead AUS solidly on top. His sister Breiana Whitehead AUS on rank 5 is the best-ranked woman among the 20 starters. ----- The RS:X windsurfers completed 6 races as well. In the men, Tom Squires GBR is on top ahead of Makoto Tomizawa JPN, in the women, Noy Drihan ISR is in front of the Olympic Champion Charline Picon FRA until now. ----- In the Lasers Radial Open - including the Men Juniors - the U19 youth Michael Compton AUS replaced Marit Bouwmeester NED on top. Sarah Douglas CAN is 24th, Paige Railey USA 42nd. ........ ----- In the Lasers Standard, Jean-Baptiste Bernaz FRA defended the first place ahead of the Olympic Champion Tom Burton AUS, who already lost the 2020 Olympic selection against Matthew Wearn AUS (rank 5 for the moment).
