Eight races have been completed so far at the 29er Mid Winter West Championship off Coronado CA. with 33 teams from the USA, a Canadian delegation and a German team.
For teams on top within 5 points will fight for the Medals, as the rest of the fleet is already 17 points and more behind this leading group. Ripley Shelley/Nicholas Hardy (2NINER Skiff Squad) are first 2 points ahead of Stephan Baker/Oliver Duncan (2NINER/CRYC). Berta Puig/Bella Casaretto (2Niner, Lauderdale YC) and Jordan Janov/Grant Janov (2NINER Skiff Squad) follow closely behind. Today Sunday is the final day of the event.
