The 5 other classes completed yesterday their qualifications for the Medal Races of today. Stuart McNay/David Hughes USA (470 men), Erika Reineke USA and Sarah Douglas CAN (both Laser Radial) will participate in the Medal Races of today. For all other North Americans, the Olympic Test Event came to an end. The results of all North Americans and the US Sailing Report. ---------------------- Here the overview on top-ranked by class: ----- Already overall winner is Berecz Zsombor HUN in the Finns, he leads by 23 points. Nicholas Heiner NED and Giles Scott GBR, who is one point behind, will fight for silver and bronze. ----- Matthew Belcher/Will Ryan AUS are 2 points ahead of Anton Dahlberg/Frederik Bergström SWE in the medal race of the 470 men. Jordi Xammar/Joel Rodriguez ESP have already secured the bronze medal. ----- In the 470 women, Camille Lecointre/Aloise Retornaz FRA have taken the lead, Hannah Mills/Eilidh McIntyre GBR are only one point behind. ----- In the Lasers Standard, the first 5 are only 7 points apart: Jesper Stalheim SWE leads ahead of Tom Burton AUS and Hermann Tomasgaard NOR. ----- The Lasers Radial also remain exciting: Emma Plaesschart BEL is only 2 points ahead of Marit Bouwmeester NED. 3 points apart are Maria Erdi HUN and Manami Doi JPN on rank 3 and 4. ----- See all rankings and the report.
