Olympic News - Windsurf Equipment Trials - Torbole ITA - Day 1

Twenty internationally renowned windsurfers are participating in the Paris 2024 Men and Women Windsurfer sea trials from 29 September to 3 October 2019 held out of Circolo Surf Torbole on Lake Garda. Seven applications from class associations and manufacturers wishing to participate in the sea trials have been received. ----- Based on the reports after the tests, the new equipment - with or without foils - will be selected as proposal to Council at the World Sailing Annual Meeting in a month from now. ----- Among the testers are top windsurfers such as the RS:X World Champion Lilian De Geus NED or Zofia Noceti-Klepacka POL, and also Farrah Hall USA. ----- The illustrated report of day one and the preview of World Sailing with details on boards and test drivers.
