 Class 40 - Les Sables-Les Acores-Les Sables - Horta POR - Leg 2 - Day 1, start back to France Yesterday afternoon, the 13 two-person Class 40 teams started in Horta on the Acores to the second leg of the offshore race back to Les Sables-Les Acores FRA. With the first three separated by 45 minutes only, the race remains fully open. ----- For the time being, the fleet is heading North to reach the forecast westerly winds. Vincent Leblay/Brieuc Maisonneuve FRA were leading this morning UTC thanks to the most easterly position. Jonas Gerckens BEL/Sophie Faguet FRA, winners of leg one, follow 16nm behind on the 8th position. ----- The race viewer and the daily news.
