After the three Goldfleet races of this morning UTC, sailed again in fresh winds, Erika Reinecke and Paige Railey are tied on the ranks 21 and 22, while Charlotte Rose, the leader of the trials 3 points ahead of Paige and 12 points of Erika, remained on rank 32. After two light-wind days, the wind situation changed substatially at the Laser Radial Worlds in Sandringham AUS with thunderstorms yesterday and 16-18kn wind today Wednesday. ----- Erika Reinecke USA, 5 points ahead of Paige Railey USA, both with top-10 race results, kept the pace with the best and remained on the ranks 17 and 20 overall. The so far best North American Sarah Douglas CAN however dived from rank 8 to 21 after the 4 races sailed in a fresh breeze. The Laser Radial World Championship 2020 in Sandringham AUS was kicked-off this morning UTC with the Practice Race. With the Olympic Regatta beginning end of July, the complete international elite except the Chinese are present.
