World Sailing - General Assembly - Barcelona ESP, Kim Anderson the new President

None of the three candidates for the World Sailing Presidency reached 50% in the first round. With Paul Henderson CAN withdrawing, President Carlo Croce ITA challenged by Kim Anderson DEN met in the second round and Anderson had the upper hand, voting Croce out.
Kim Anderson DEN was proclaimed WS President for the next four years a few minutes ago (13.06 CET).
The General Assembly, to be followed live on the Internet, continues with the election of the Vice-Presidents. We shall report on the results tomorrow.
