In a good seabreeze again, two further races were sailed yesterday. There was a change of leadership in both fleets yesterday: In the women’s Laser Radial, Anna Munch DEN got her lead back with a daily 1st and a 2nd. She will fight for the title in today's final two races with Carolina Albano ITA who is just 2 points behind.
There will be an Australian duel for the bronze medal: Zoe Thomson AUS is the third, 19 points behind, but just one point ahead of Elyse Ainsworth AUS. Christina Sakelleris USA, who had ranks 1 and 2 yesterday advanced to 6th overall. In the Laser Standard ranking Liam Glenn IRL took the lead with the daily ranks 1 and 3, while Philipp Loewe GER is only 2 points back. Jakup Rodziewicz POL is still in third, 16 points behind.
