 Olympic World Cup  Enoshima JPN  Final Day  Medal Races II, Atlantic and Nora Brugman USA remain 10th in 470 women
Light 5-8kn winds prevailed on the final day of the Olympic Classes Worldcup event in Enoshima JPN and only the 470s could sail their Medal Races this morning UTC. For the Lasers and Finns, the results after the Qualification phase were homologated as final. ----- In the 470 women , Silvia Mas-Depares/Patricia Cantero ESP succeeded to replace Nia Jerwood/Monique De Vries AUS on top. Winning the Medal Race, Fredrike Loewe/Anna Markfort GER moved up from 6th to 3rd overall grasping Bronze. Atlantic and Nora Brugman USA as best North American finshed 5th in the Medal Race but remained on 10th overall. ----- No change on top of the 470 men with Matthew Belcher/Will Ryan AUS winning ahead of Xammar/Rodriguez ESP 2nd and Kazuto Doi/Naoya Kimura JPN on 3rd. Stu McNay/Dave Hughes USA finished 14th. ----- Nicholas Heiner NED was the premature winner in the Finns ahead of Josip Olujic CRO and Ioannis Mitakis GRE. Tom Ramshaw CAN 7th and Luke Muller USA 10th were not given a chance to improve their rankings in the Medal Race. Caleb Paine USA followed just behind on 11th. ------ First before the Medal Race was also Pavlos Kontides CYP in the Lasers Standard dominating the fleet with Matthew Wearn AUS on 2nd and Jean Baptiste Bernaz FRA on 3rd. Charlie Buckingham USA is on the 18th place. ----- In the Lasers Radial , Emma Plaesschart BEL finished on top repeating her victory of the Pre-Olympics last week. Anne-Marie Rindom DEN and Alison Young GBR completed the podium.
