IMOCA Open 60, Class 40, Ultime, Ocean50 Transat Jacques Vabre Day 6
Most teams are making good progress in the trade winds at the moment, and only the last part of the Class 40 are still stuck in the calms off Cape Finisterre with now a backlog of 500 miles and more. ----- Nicolas Jossier/Alexis Loison FRA are still leading the Class 40 only 0,1 mile ahead of Antoine Carpentier FRA/Pablo Santurde ESP. ----- 'LinkedOut' with Thomas Ruyant/Morgan Lagravière FRA has replaced 'Apivia' (Charlie Dalin/Paul Meilhat FRA) at the top of the Open 60, with 'Charal' (Jérémy Beyou FRA/Christopher Pratt GBR) and 'Apivia' 30 miles behind in 2nd and 3rd. Leader change also in the OceanFifty trimarans: Sébastien Rogues/Mtthieu Souben FRA are now 20 miles ahead of Erwan Le Roux/Xavier Macaire FRA. ----- The Ultime trimarans will already reach the Doldrums today. 'Edmond De Rothschild' with Franck Cammas/Charles Caudrelier FRA continues to lead by 100 miles over 'SVR Lazartigues' with François Gabart/Tom Laperche FRA. ----- The race tracker, the reports and the video of the day.
