IMOCA Open 60 - Vendée Arctique - Les Sables d'Olonne FRA - Day 2

As predicted, after a fast start, the fleet has now reached a flat transition zone and has moved together. Whoever reaches the fresh westerly winds first will pull away. ----- This morning, Romain Attanasio FRA leads by 1.2 miles over Antoine Cornic FRA, who is the only one to have chosen the most direct route in the far north. In third place, 1.8 miles behind, is Isabelle Joschke FRA/GER. The top trio from yesterday is trying its luck in the very south and has fallen back a little....in the next 24 hours the fleet should pick up speed again.
