Wednesday, April 10, 2024
The 13 Class 40 fleet has passed Cap Finisterre and now the weather poker begins: a large part of the fleet has chosen a westerly course and is sailing upwind in southerly winds. A smaller part is sailing southwards along the coast of Spain. There is very little wind for the time being, but the trade winds should set in very soon. ----- Gildas Mahé FRA/Pep Costa ESP/Tom Dolan IRL in the West are leading with a 2.5 mile lead over Alberto Riva ITA/Jean Marre FRA/Benjamin Schwartz FRA. ----- The race tracker and the reports.
