Even before today's Medal Races, Elena Lengwiler SUI, the dominator of the Formula Kite women, has already been confirmed as an Olympic participant: the top two in the qualifications have qualified directly for the final of the Medal Race and are therefore guaranteed one of the 5 Olympic starting places.
