 Star - World Championship 2024 - San Diego CA, USA - Final results The Star World Championships came to an end yesterday in San Diego with a Hitchcock final: the top 3 are separated by just one point! John Kostecki/Austin Sperry USA took the title with a one-point lead over Will Stout/Danny Cayard USA and the surprise team Leandro and Lucas Altolaguirre ARG. Despite three race wins, Paul Cayard USA/Frithjof Kleen GER only managed 4th place, while Piet Eckert SUI/Frederico Melo POR finished the World Championships in 13th place out of 63 teams. ----- The ranking list and the report.

 Star - World Championship 2024 - San Diego CA, USA - Day 5 The 5th race was also sailed in seabreeze around 12 knots. Will Stout/Danny Cayard USA took their second race win and moved into the lead thanks to the discard. John Kostecki/Austin Sperry USA are tied in second place and the other chasers are also just close behind of today's final race: Paul Cayard USA/Frithjof Kleen GER and Leandro and Lucas Altolaguirre ARG are only 3 points behind in third and fourth place.
