In gusty easterly winds, the Carnival Race began yesterday in San Remo with 4 races each. ----- Three Greek teams are tied on top of the large 420 fleet, led by Chamarias Sokratis/George Xipas GRE. The Swiss junior teams will be sailing in the Silverfleet from today, with Seraina Pfister/Valentine Scharpff SUI in 81st place out of 127 teams. ----- In the 470, there are 15 teams from 6 nations at the start, with Aurora Casertano/Mattia Tognochi ITA in the lead. The newly formed Swiss teams Axel Grandjean/Julie Herzig SUI and Luna Züger/Janut Angehrn SUI follow in 11th and 13th place. ----- The rankings and the Facebook page with report, photos and a video.
