As part of the Valencia Sailing Week - a total of 21 classes are taking part - the 2nd Eurocup of the year began yesterday for the 29ers. Three races were sailed in moderate winds. Soma Kis/Andras Juhasz HUN took the lead, followed by Jocelyn Le Goff/Jules Vidor FRA and Antonina Puchowska/Alicja Dampc POL in 2nd place, 3 points behind. The best Swiss are Ikke Huber/Liam Berger SUI in 10th place, followed by Jacob Bründler/Thierry Stucki SUI in 23rd place. 83 teams from 15 nations are competing.
