Optimist - European Championship 2022 - Sonderborg DEN - Final results

With a last race in light winds, the Optimist European Championships came to an end in Denmark yesterday. ----- Iason Panagopoulos GRE won the boys' title with a 6th place. Artur Brighenti ITA and Andrea Tramontano ITA completed the podium. Thanks to a 2nd race rank at the end, Eivinn Löfteröd SUI moved up to 23rd place, followed directly behind on 24th by Jacob Bründler SUI. ----- Superior Italian victory in the girls' race: Emilia Salvatore ITA also won the final heat and distanced Clara Sigge GER by 26 points. Bianca Marchesini ITA took bronze. Morgane Mazuay SUI finished the European Championships in 37th place, Lea Turrin SUI followed in 47th position out of 110 participants. ----- The rankings and the final report.
