Today in Salalah, the final leg of the Arabian Tour 2019 is underway. The results have not yet been published. Before the last race, 'Bejaflore' of Valentin Bellet FRA was first 5 points ahead of 'Cheminées Poujoulat' with Robin Follin FRA. Results and reports will be posted by noon on the event facebook page and the event website.
Short regattas were on the program in Duqm OMN yesterday, the second-last venue of the Arabian Tour. Six races were held in fresh winds around 25kn.
Best of the day was 'Cheminées Poujoulat' of Robin Follin FRA moving up on rank 2 overall only 5 points behind the leading 'Bejaflore' of Valentin Bellet FRA. Today, the fleet will dislocate to Salalah where the crucial races will be sailed on Friday.

Unfortunately, neither the event website nor the event facebook page contain news and information about the activity at the new venue Duqm OMN this morning UTCI. The top teams were closely together after the last races two days ago with 'Bejaflore'of Valentin Bellet FRA in the lead.

Sun and perfect seabreeze conditions prevailed yesterday on the holiday island Masirah OMN allowing to complete an intensive race program with 6 short races.
'Bejaflore' with Valentin Bellet FRA took the overall lead ahead of 'Oman Shipping Company' with Stevie Morrison GBR. 'Cheminées Poujoulat' with Robin Follin FRA dropped on rank 3.

Yesterday, the 23nm Coastal Race as well as two short races were on the program of the Arabia-Tour. In a very shifty 14kn seabreeze, 'Bejaflore' with Valentin Bellet FRA was the team of the day. Winning the Coastal Race, they moved up on rank 2 only 3 points behind the leading 'Cheminées Poujoulat' with Robin Follin FRA. To be noted, that already on Friday afternoon, two short races were held.

After the short races of the opening day, the first Coastal Race was on the program yesterday. 'Cheminées Poujoulat' of Bernard Stamm SUI with Robin Follin FRA steering were the winner taking the overall lead. The event website was without results list this morning UTC, but on the event facebook page contains a photo of the updated ranking list ..... as well as photos from the race along the rocky coast.
Yesterday, the Diam-24 Arabian Tour was kicked-off in Muscat/Oman with four short races held in perfect conditions. With two race wins, 'Golf du Morbihan' of Robert Solune FRA has taken the lead one point ahead of Cheminées Poujoulat' of Bernard Stamm SUI.
