Laser Radial - Youth World Championship 2019 - Kingston CAN - Day 5, Emilios Monos GRE and Matilda Nicholls GBR on the way to the title in the last race today

 Laser Radial - Youth World Championship 2019 - Kingston CAN - Day 5, Emilios Monos GRE and Matilda Nicholls GBR on the way to the title in the last race today After the two races of yesterday, Emilios Monos GRE has a 6 point lead on Ygit Citak TUR before the final race of today. Another 6 points behind, Luke Cashmore NZL keeps a theoretical chance for the title. The best of the big North American fleets are Dale Whitmore CAN on 19th and Asher Zittrer USA on 21st. - ----- No change on top of the Girls with Matilda Nicholls GBR leading 17 points ahead of Eve McMahon IRL. On rank 3 follows Paige Caldecoat AUS. Hunter Dejean CAN remained on the 6th place, Grace Austin USA descended on rank 11. ----- The ranking lists and the event website.

 Laser Radial - Youth World Championship 2019 - Kingston CAN - Day 4, still two North American girls in top-10 Emilios Monos GRE, day ranks 1 and 2, reclaimed the first position in the Laser Radial Boys at the Youth Worlds in Kingston CAN in the two final races yesterday. Ygit Citak TUR follows on 2nd with a 6 point backlog. Zac Littlewood AUS is up on 3rd after a race win. The best North Americans are now Dale Whitmore CAN on 17th and Asher Zittrer USA on 23rd. Michael Burns USA dropped from 14th on 25th after his worst day. ----- Matilda Nicholls GBR extended her lead in the Girls rankings on 11 points after two bullets yesterday. Eve McMahon IRL, best U17, remains on rank 2. Paige Caldecoat AUS is new on rank 3. Bad day also for Hunter Dejean CAN falling from the podium on 6th with a 27 point deficit on rank 3.  Laser Radial - Youth World Championship 2019 - Kingston CAN - Day 3, Dejean CAN 3rd and Austin USA 7th defended top Girls rankings Fresher winds around 15kn prevailed yesterday at the Laser Radial Youth Worlds and Ygit Citak TUR replaced Emilos Monos GRE on top of the Boys rankings. Tom Higgins IRL remains on 3rd. Slight progress for the best North Americans Michael Burns USA on rank 14, Dale Whitmore CAN 20th and Mathieu Dale ISV 30th. ----- As best of the day with the ranks 1 and 3, Matilda Nicholls GBR replaced Eve McMahon IRL on rank one in the Girls rankings.  Laser Radial - Youth World Championship 2019 - Kingston CAN - Day 2, the North American Girls perform: Hunter Dejean CAN 3rd and Grace Austin USA 8th Finishing twice on top, Emilios Monos GRE has taken the lead in the Boys rankings. Ygit Citak TUR follows 3 points behind on rank 2, Tom Higgins IRL dropped on rank 3. Michael Burns USA dropped on rank 17, Dale Whitmore CAN is 23rd, Mathieu Dale ISV 39th. ----- In the Girls, Eve McMahon IRL extended her lead with a race win, and is at the same time on rank 1 in the U17-classification. Matilda Nicholls GBR follows 8 point back on 2nd, Hunter Dejean CAN advanced on rank 3.  Laser Radial - Youth World Championship 2019 - Kingston CAN, Day 1, both on ranks 5, Michael Burns USA and Hunter Dejean CAN are best of large North American delegations The Laser Radial Youth World Championship 2019 began yesterday on the 1976 Olympic waters of Kingston CAN with two races per fleet. ----- In the 160 boat Boys fleet, Tom Higgins IRL has taken the lead ahead of Martin Kowalski FRA and Gasper Strahovnik SLO. Michael Burns USA is 5th, Tayte Stefaniuk CAN is 29th. ----- In the 48 boat Girls fleet, Mina Ferguson AUS and Eve McMahon IRL share the lead. On rank 3 is Mathilda Nicholls GBR. Hunter Dejean CAN follows on rank 5, Lauren Ehnot USA is 14th. ----- Large CAN and USA delegations in both gender fleets. ---- The ranking list (srcoll down for the Girls).
