The Carnival Regatta ended yesterday in San Remo with three more races. ----- There was a triple Greek victory in the 420, led by Ioannis Tournis/Giorgios Michalopoulos GRE. Paul and Mia Rusterholz SUI were the only Swiss team to qualify for the gold fleet, finishing 62nd out of 127 teams. ----- Lisa Vucetti/Vittorio Bonifacio ITA won the 470. After the 4 races of the start day, the Greeks have a three-way lead in the 420, with Chamarias Sokratis/George Xipas GRE leading the three teams on equal points. In gusty easterly winds, the Carnival Race began yesterday in San Remo with 4 races each. ----- Three Greek teams are tied on top of the large 420 fleet, led by Chamarias Sokratis/George Xipas GRE. The Swiss junior teams will be sailing in the Silverfleet from today, with Seraina Pfister/Valentine Scharpff SUI in 81st place out of 127 teams. ----- In the 470, there are 15 teams from 6 nations at the start, with Aurora Casertano/Mattia Tognochi ITA in the lead.
