Olympic World Cup 2017 - Olympic Classes Regatta - Miami FL, USA - Day 2

The full program was completed for all classes on the second day of the Miami Worldcup event in a moderate seabreeze around 10 kn.
In the Finns, the new leader is Jorge Zarif BRA with the day ranks 1 and 2 with a 3 points' advantage on Alican Kaynar TUR.
Dylan Fletcher/Stuart Bithell GBR dominated in the 49ers with the ranks 2/1/1 taking the overall lead. The newcomers Robert Scheidt/Gabriel Borges BRA finished for the first time in the top-10 and moved up on rank 18 overall. Dominance by Martine Grael/Kahenqa Kunze BRA in the 49ersFX now 7 points ahead of Victoria Travascio/Maria Branz ARG.
In the 470 men, the routiniers Mantis/Kagialis GRE are now first with the day ranks 1 and 2, but Schmid/Mähr AUT on the 2nd place are only one point behind. In the 470 women, Zegers/Van Veen NED defended the first position with Cornudella/Lopez ESP and Weguelin/McIntyre GBR tied on the 2nd place only one point behind.
Tied are the leaders Lorenzo Bressani/Caterina Banti ITA and Tom Phipps/Nicola Bonifaci GBR in the Nacra 17. The former 49er helmsman Nico Delle-Karth AUT with Laura Schöfegger AUT as crew moved up on rank 3.
In the windsurfers, Kiran Badloe NED took the lead in the RS:X men, and Yunxiu Lu CHN is the new leader in the RS:X women.
