 49er, 49erFX, Nacra 17  Oceania Championship Auckland NZL  Final results, ranks 2 and 10 for US Sailing Team
The Oceania Championships of the Olympic speed classes - the final tune-up for the forthcoming World Championships - were concluded in Auckland this morning UTC. ----- After the excellent day one results, the US Sailing Team succeeded to finish the Championship with two top-10 results. The 2nd overall position of Stephanie Roble/Maggie Shea in the 49erFX, as well as the 10th place of Riley Gibbs/Anna Weis are excellent. Please find here the updated results of all North American teams. ------------- Here in addition the overview on the top resulats of all three classes. ----- As best of the day in the 49er Goldfleet, Diego Botin/Iago Lopez ESP replaced Benjamin Bidstein/David Hussl AUT on top with the same number of points. Peter Burling/Blair Tuke NZL moved up on rank 3. The 49er ranking list. ----- Change on top of the 49erFX, where Alexandra Maloney/Molly Meech NZL moved up on rank 1 ahead of Stephanie Roble/Maggie Shea USA. Patricia Suarez/Nicole Van der Velden ESP advance on the 3rd place. The Olympic Champions Martine Grael/Kahena Kunze BRA did not compete in the three final races and dropped on rank 20. ----- In the Nacra 17, Ben Saxton/Nicola Boniface GBR were the clear winners ahead of Billy Besson/Marie Riou FRA and Thomas Zajac/Barbara Matz AUT. ----- The event website with all ranking lists.
