ILCA, 49er, 49erFX, Nacra 17 - Portugal Grand Prix 1 - Vilamoura POR - Final results

The first round of the Portugal GP was sailed in the south of Portugal over the weekend, with the second round to follow in February. The competitive fleets could finish 8 to 11 races in 4 days in fresh winds. ----- In ILCA, 6 Anne-Marie Rindom DEN won ahead of Maria Erdi HUN and Marit Bouwmeester NED. After a good series with a race win, Maud Jayet SUI did not compete on the final day and finished 25th. Rosine Baudet SUI followed in 27th place and Anja Von Allmen was 31st of the 70 participants from 19 nations. ----- Herrmann Tomasgaard NOR won the ILCA 7 (96 participants) with a one-point lead over Philipp Buhl GER. Clear victory for James Grummett/Rhos Hawes GBR in the 49ers, with Keanu Prettner/Jakob Flachberger AUT and Bart Lambriex/Floris Van de Werken NED completing the podium. Pablo Rüegge/Linus Abicht SUI follow in 17th place out of 37 teams. ----- Jana Germani/Giorgia Bertuzzi ITA won the 49ersFX with a 13-point lead over Stephanie Roble/Maggie Shea USA. ----- In the Nacra 17, Margaux Billy/Noah Chauvin FRA took the win ahead of Sarah Newberry/David Liebenberg USA.
