The 470 Junior World Championship 2019 in Slovenia was concluded yesterday with the Medal Races. ----- In the 470 men, the two remaining medals behind the premature Champions Giacomo Ferrai/Giulio Calabro ITA went to Germany with Daniel Göttlich/Linus Klasen GER on 2nd and the winners of the Medal Race Lucas Schlüter/Frederik Eichhorst GER on 3rd. The final ranks of the North Americans are Trevor Davis/Trevor Bornarth USA 17th, Max Anker/Walter Henry USA 47th and Josh Yale/Michael Montagnese CAN 48th among the 53 teams. ----- No change on top of the podium in the 470 women with Luise and Helene Wanser GER grasping the title ahead of Paola Amar/Marine Riou FRA and Theres Dahnke/Birte Winkel GER. Emily Bornarth/Laura Slovensky USA remain 10th among the 12 participants. ----- The results and the final report.
