49er, 49erFX, Nacra 17 - World Championship 2022 - Nova Scotia CAN - First races today

The joint World Championships of the three Olympic classes begin tonight in Canada. Two years before the Games, the fleets are top-notch, with only the Swiss missing. ----- In the 49ers, 65 teams from 23 nations are taking part. ----- In the 49ersFX, there are 37 teams from 19 nations, the big favourites once again are the double Olympic Champions Martine Grael/Kahena Kunze BRA and the season's rising stars Odile Van Aanholt/Annette Duetz NED. ----- In the Nacra 17, 34 teams from 17 nations are taking part. China is the second largest delegation after the USA with 5 boats !
