On the South Pacific, Charlie Dalin FRA and Yoann Richomme FRA are still in a close duel for the lead. This morning, the two were only 5 miles apart. Sébastien Simon FRA, on the other hand, has lost a lot, as he now has to sail again on the bow without a foil. The first chasing group, led by Thomas Ruyant FRA in 4th place, is 900 miles behind. Boris Herrmann GER follows in 8th place, 1253 miles behind. Justine Mettraux SUI remains in 11th place, 1450 miles back. Only 2 miles separate Isabelle Joschke FRA, Giancarlo Pedote ITA and Alan Roura SUI in 17th-19th places! Oli Heer SUI is still in 31st place. After a failure in the hydraulics of the canting keel, which is useable only on one side, he has a major handicap. ----- The race tracker and the reports.
