Yesterday was the first day of the Final Series sailed in Gold-, Silver- and Bronzefleets. Light winds prevailed during the three races held, as the video of the day reveals.
Finishing twice on rank 2, Ryo Imamura/Ryusuke Oshima JPN have taken the overall lead ahead of Carl-Fredrik Fock/Marcus Dackhammar SWE. The World Champions Matthew Belcher/Will Ryan AUS follow on rank 6. Lucas Calabrese/Ian MacDiarmid USA are now 10th. Silvia Mas/Paula Barcelo ESP on rank 13 are the best women's team.
The results will be updated during the morning UTC, as today's race have been underway for a while in Japan.
