J/70, Melges 24 - Bacardi Cup Invitational - Miami FL, USA - final results

The Invitational Bacardi Cup was concluded yesterday with three races held a lighter 6-10 knot breeze and fairly flat water across Biscayne Bay. ----- In the J/70s, Travis Odenbach and his team defended the lead 6 points ahead of Ryan McKillen, Miami Beach, FL, and another 8 points ahead of Joel Ronning, Excelsior, MN. ----- In the Melges 24, the triple tie on top was clearly broken with Bora Gulari, Detroit, MI, jumping on top on the last day of the event, leaving Travis Weisleder, Richmond, VA, 5 points back. 12 points behind the winners followed Bruce Ayres, Newport, CA, on rank 3. ----- The results and the final report.
